1 Our commitment
This accessibility statement applies to moutreycreative.com. Moutrey Creative Enterprises is operated by Robert Moutrey.
We aim to make MCE websites and digital services usable by as many people as possible and to work towards the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA. We do not claim that every page or third-party service currently meets every WCAG 2.2 AA success criterion.
2 Using this website
We aim to support keyboard navigation, visible keyboard focus, meaningful headings and landmarks, descriptive link text, text alternatives for informative images, sufficient colour contrast, scalable text and responsive layouts that remain usable across common screen sizes and zoom levels.
Where motion or visual effects are used, we aim to avoid making them essential to understanding or completing a task.
3 Our MCE website standard
Accessibility is part of the common MCE website framework. New and substantially revised MCE sites should use semantic page structure, labelled controls, keyboard-accessible interactions and reasonable alternatives where media or third-party tools create barriers.
Each venture may publish a site-specific accessibility statement where its service introduces particular requirements, such as audio players, file uploads, booking tools or payment pages.
4 Known limitations
Some externally supplied services, embedded content, payment pages, fonts or media tools may have accessibility limitations outside our direct control. We will avoid relying on a third-party feature as the only way to contact us or obtain essential information where a reasonable alternative can be provided.
This site has not been certified as fully WCAG 2.2 AA compliant. We use ongoing review and testing to identify improvements rather than making an unsupported claim of complete conformance.
5 Alternative formats and help
If you need information from this website in another format, or need help accessing information about an MCE venture, email admin@moutreycreative.com. Tell us what information you need and, if helpful, the format that would work better for you.
6 Report a barrier
If you encounter an accessibility problem, please tell us the page or feature you were using, what happened and the device or assistive technology involved if you are comfortable sharing that information. We will use the report to investigate and improve the site.
7 Review and improvement
We review accessibility when substantial changes are made to MCE websites and when testing or user feedback identifies barriers. This statement will be updated when our approach or known limitations materially change.
